Dog to Her Friend: ‘You Can Do It!’
In West Palm Beach, Florida, they’re calling it “the incredible journey.”
The starving male pit bull – no more than 30 pounds – was staggering through downtown traffic, dragging a 20-pound chain around his neck.
He could barely lift his head. But whenever he stumbled, his girlfriend would urge him along. She was determined to lead him to freedom.
Two men, who saw the drama unfolding, picked up both dogs and took them to the shelter.
